Nicole Pelliccia

After graduating, Nicole Pelliccia joined the AOE Advisory Board as one of their Young Alumni Members. She is currently a Systems Engineer Associate, working on F-22 Improvements and Derivatives in Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company’s Advanced Development Programs - the Skunk Works®.
Before joining Lockheed Martin, Nicole co-oped for NASA Wallops Island, working on their Sounding Rocket Program. She also interned for Bombardier Learjet and spent a semester studying Aircraft Design in Germany at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. Nicole led her senior design team, UAVT, to win the 2015 AOE Poster Session – Aircraft Division. UAVT was also a finalist for the Grossmann Aircraft Design Award. In her senior year at Virginia Tech, Nicole partnered with the AOE Department to start the AOE Alumni Mentoring Program and continues to lead the effort from within the Advisory Board.
